The software update often takes place unnoticed. In order to call attention to that and to ensure that WM ID Remote remains connected to the vehicle and to the Internet during the update we have implemented the blue LEDs and an audible signal.
The duration of the software update is normally 1-2 minutes (depending on the prevailing Internet speed).
If the WM ID Remote is not in use for a longer time, the duration of the software update may vary.
After the software update has been done successfully, the LEDs will again light up permanently green.
